We will move everything that can be safely moved we just ask for the floors to be as clear as possible ie no clothes toys wash baskets etc.
You can walk on the carpets straight away in barefoot, white socks or shoe covers.
Unless you are the first job of the day Our ETA will depend how long the earlier jobs take (no two jobs ever take the same time - one 3 bedroom house could take 1.5 hours but an identical house could take 3 hours) this is why we have to give an estimated time of arrival
The more air movement the quicker it dries so doors open will help. Drying time varies depending on type of carpet and how badly soiled - usually around 4 hours but can be as long as 24 hours. We offer a drying service but it's rare customers need that.
Yes, We try to use as little chemical as possible, and when we need to we tend to only use one brand of chemical which are all tried and tested and safe.
We accept card, BACS & cash (there is an admin fee on some payments which will be explained prior to booking)
